Valley Village, CA - Treeium Inc., one of the top ranked remodeling companies in the country, has signed a statement of support with the National Guard and Reserve of the United States committing to the employees who serve and have served as well as recruiting them as top priority.
By supporting the ESGP, Treeium is joining other companies in pledging that:
- We fully recognized, honor and enforce the Uniformed Service Employment and Reemployment Right Acts also known as USERRA.
- We will provide our managers and supervisors with the tools they need to effectively manage those employees who serve in the Guard and Reserve.
- We appreciate the values, leadership and unique skills Service members bring to the workforce and will encourage opportunities to employ Guardsmen, Reservists and Veterans.
- We will continually recognize and support our country’s Service members and their families in peace, in crisis, and in war.
“We are proud to support programs that provide career opportunities for Guardsmen, Reservists, and military veterans as much as we are proud of them for serving our country with their dedication and service. We commit to recognize and honor the abilities and skills these men and women will contribute to our company” said Moty Ginsburg, CEO of Treeium.
Mr. Ginsburg signed the pledge joined by National Chair for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Paul Mock and the Secretary of Defense, Chuck Hagel, in a ceremony that took place last week.
